Delete Your Account

HiaFan (HiaFan, Inc.) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time.


1. Delete from within the app

  1. Open the HiaFan app

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Confirm


Your account and profile are removed immediately.

2. Don’t have the app installed?


Email privacy@hiafan.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We’ll process your request within 30 days.

3. What’s deleted and what’s kept


  • Deleted immediately: your profile, username, and account information.

  • Your public posts (hoots) may be anonymized or deleted.

  • Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days.

  • Some information may be retained where required to comply with legal obligations.
